This morning in our children’s sermon, Miss Jennifer said this:
Move out of the way so that God can work through you.
As this Sunday comes to close, I’m praying to release the control I still have on a few things because I’m not really in control anyway. Why even bother myself with the worry?
An excerpt from our closing hymn reminded me, as did our sermon (more on that tomorrow) of my true purpose:
Make me a servant,
humble and weak.
Lord, let me lift up those who are weak….
I’m moving out of the way.
